      • We traded 3 artists for 2 after realizing students simply didn’t quite have the stamina to stick around for the final performer. Now, we could divert our budget 2 ways instead of 3.

    • Appreciation for the labor of grand-scale planning.

      • With police, harm reduction advocates, and EMT partners and a commitment to keeping the student body safe, we had the fewest 911 calls with the largest attendance in years. 

    • School spirit.

      • Not only did I get to be a part of something great, I got to make it happen.

From the Golden Globes to Tufts University

My ability to spot rising talent landed Tufts University a comedy show headlined by Mary Beth Barone. My co-producer and I struck at the perfect moment in the comedian’s rise to mainstream fame.

  • 2026 was Mary Beth Barone's first time attending and working at the Golden Globes. She was there as a red carpet correspondent and presenter.

  • We signed our contract in Fall of 2025 for a Spring 2026 comedy show.

  • Mary Beth Barone premiered Galaxy Brain, her debut hour-long Netflix original comedy special, in July 2026
